Method of brewing
Decoction:Boil a tea spoon of rosemary leaves in a cup of water and drink twice a day.
Infusion: Pour a cup of boiling water into 1 – 2 tsp of dried herb and leave it for 10 – 15 minutes.
External use: The compress of rosemary decoction helps puffy eyes.
